I have been in the fitness industry for the past 15 years. Been doing group training, personal training and lot more. This been a journey full of learning, challenges and opportunities. The learning: How the human body functions and all the body organs. Body transformation from big to a toned body. Communication with different people from different backgrounds, those who are healthy and those that have different types of disabilities. I have learned that as trainers we have a bigger role to play in the community.
